Cayman Classic Food Tasting & Cultural Experience (Public Event)
Overview
We offer participants an authentic local culinary and cultural experience hosted by professional and experienced guides in some of the most scenic locations on island. Participants will have the opportunity to visit several select local restaurants and eateries to experience authentic local food and drink tastings. We will also take participants on a journey through to the arts, history and culture of the Cayman Islands.

Heritage Kitchen is an iconic local restaurant located on the beachfront in the West Bay district of Grand Cayman. This venue offers a true local experience and is a great location for pictures.
Singh’s Roti Shop offers a variety of authentic West Indian curry dishes influenced by the local Cayman culture. Whether its curry conch, shrimp, goat, chicken or beef you are sure leave with a taste of something new. Always a hit!
Cayman Spirits boasts the first ever undersea rum maturation site. You will learn about how the rums are aged on the ocean floor and will enjoy unlimited rum tastings. Cocktails are also available on Private Tours.
Gelato & Co. offers authentic Italian gelato with a Caribbean twist. You will enjoy fresh gelato made with locally grown fruits such as mango, guava and soursop.
We work closely with the farmers and entrepreneurs at The Farmers' and Artisians Market which has all the fresh locally grown seasonal produce you can imagine as well as local crafts and jewellery. You will also find mouthwatering smoothies and freshly squeezed juices. You will be sure to find something you've never tasted!

Vivo restaurant is located in the scenic North West coast of Cayman. This eco-friendly restaurant offers many vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options. This restaurant is a local favourite and has something on the menu for everyone.
The Brasserie is one of Cayman's most unique restaurants. Experience the most fresh and highest quality foods sourced from The Brasserie's own farms and caught by it's own fishermen. Tastings here are done in the setting of the restaurant's own garden.
